the mc controls you day... the dj will have to work very hard to both dj and mc...
i highly recommend it, and with the money you are spending, this is justified

i honestly think it depends on your crowd and depends on your taste.
we didn't want an MC because we didn't want all the chatter. we felt our crowd didn't need a motivator and we were right! the party was going all night without one...vinny from high voltage sounds did a great job on his own
