MDOLPH6!!! How's your voice today?

How are you feeling today Maryann? How's the voice? Do not peep a word until Friday. Is it getting any better?

I just spoke to her on the phone
I know it's a big NO NO
But she was whispering...........it still sounds very raspy but that is kinda sexy no?

Its still not there!! My DR told me not to whispher because thats the worse thing....but I find myself doing it alot......every now and then my voice comes back but then it goes right back away........3 more days to get better!

Awww poor Maryann....

Maryann- whatever you do, don't whisper!!! It's actually really bad for your voice when it is in bad shape, if you can believe it. I have vocal trouble all the time cuz of my job and I am always told to absolutely NOT whisper.

I also recommend throat coat tea- I LIVE on it....totally coats the throat. You can buy it at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe.

I had a vocal remedy from my blues/rock band days, I'll try to dig up the recipe for you if you're not all better come friday... works like a charm on gameday.
