the hat is a bit much but the dress is actually very pretty...still can buy that today... My mom had her whole bridal party in a different color of the rainbow and they each wore a big hat to match...LOL..that was in 1975

It's funny what we think when we look at our parent's wedding pics. But have we ever thought about what our kids are going to be saying about our weddig attire? I always think about that, because some of these wedding gowns from back in the days are horrible, especially their BM dresses. I will say that your mother's dress is not too bad.

i know...it was actually not so bad.....the headpiece is crazy heavy though...it was giving me rug burn on my forehead....

Yes! Its fitted which wasnt really the style back then and the sleeves and stuff arent my thing but its really not that bad of a dress and seriously.. lol.. she was in good shape!

That is actually a beautiful dress for the 90's! Think about it.. 20 something years from now our daughters will be prancing around in our gowns making fun of them.
the veil though is out of control. Still love it though!
Wish I had a picture of my moms.. she had a freaking hat.. like a huge one.
