no diggity no doubt.

you need a big piece of meat...get it nice and wet (should look like eggs whites in there) add some seasonings (Italian works) take the meat and make rolling motion with the meat between your palms. add them to the pot and bring them up to the right temp in the center...you'll know when they're done.
