I haven't been, but it's something we're strongly considering for our HM!
To me, the one setback is the food--- if I'm going someplace like Italy, I want to eat the food, not the cruise food! But I know that on a cruise it makes no sense to eat off the ship since you've already paid to eat there! (I am very frugal... lol)
I'll be watching this thread, I want to know how they are too!

We considered it, and also a Hawaiian cruise, but I would want more than 8 hours at each stop. I dont know what we are going to book, but it probably wont be a cruise

We'll probably go on a cruise but too but I don't like the idea of having to get on and off all the time.

I did go on a Mediterranean Cruisein 2009 for 10 or 11 days not sure and it was AMAZING! I loved it and I really wanted to go there for our honeymoon but we can't afford it with the wedding and the house. But I recommend it!!! If you have any questions let me know.

We took a Med. cruise last summer. Flew into Rome did two days touring, took train to Tuscany where we stopped in Florence and Pisa and did a wine tour and then onto to Venice to catch our Royal Caribbean Cruise.
Loved Loved Loved the whole trip! We visited Corfu, Santorini, Greece; Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey; and returned to Venice.
If you want any information about any of the islands, etc. FM me and I will send you all the travel info I have. I also have an awsome travel agent who was extremely helpful in finding us our cruise within our budget.

we did one this summer to the Greek islands on Royal Carribean out of Venice - AMAZING!! Food was OK but the Islands were beautiful and it made me want to go back there and stay for a week. the cruise also stopped in Croatia and Turkey.
Def recommend it!!

We were going to do this but the free stay in Greece made us decide to just hit up some cities in Europe. We were looking at one that stopped in Egypt which really excited me for some reason. lol
