Has anyone had a wedding or been to a wedding at the Mediterranean Manor? The place looks very nice from the pictures and I could only find some reviews on them from 2 years ago. They have some great prices and package deals too. Please help!!! Thank you!

It is a nice place...My prom was there years ago. The area starts to get a little shady over there. Honestly, if you keep looking, you may find something you like better.

I definitely plan to look some more. We just started looking so I have a bunch of time yet! Thank you very much for being honest too!

My sister got married there 2 years ago. She got a great package deal, but did have some problems with some of their vendors (not reliable, not calling her back, and sadly, not such a great job on her pictures). The food was good, and the staff was nice.

we just reserved a date in oct 2007 there. seems very nice and reasonable. i have bumped into two people randomly who havebeen there one had there wedding there and one was a guest and both raved about the food and the service. on the other hand we looked at their packages and we will not be using them for the package. it barely included anything for the price.
p.s. location is not important when you will be inside for 6 hours. their are numerous higher end places that are in worse areas than patchogue.

I'm sorry I have to agree.
The area is pretty shady there and sometimes- it does matter to some people. I know it matters to me but everyone is different.
I went there for a few events (a wedding, a holiday party and a bat-mitzvah). The food each time was not good, we ended up going to a diner afterwards b/c we were hungry. The place needs some updating and a little TLC.
The staff was OK, they were friendly... Overall, the experience was not good and even at a really good price- IDK, there are other places with GREAT pricing that do a better job. No matter what you pay- you still want to get your money's worth in quality.
JMHO from experience but check it out anyway- it is your decision so if you like it then that's all that matters!!

thank you all for your honest opinions. I guess we're just going to have to check it out for ourselves too! But this feedback is definitely going to help make a decision! Does anyone else recommend other places that are better, but around the same price range?

We were there for a wedding 2 months ago. I thought it was very nice. Nothing really bad to say.
