This week i'm supposed to have my meeting with the Pastor who will be marrying us. I think I'll be receiving some vows to choose from and I heard music as well for the ceremony (like walking down the aisle & such). I know that I want certain (maybe non-traditional) things, like the Hand Ceremony, and i want Unity Sand instead of the Candle. I just don't have the readings yet, however.
Is there anything i'm missing though? For those of you who have already had this meeting with the officiant, is there anything else I should be prepared with that i probably forgot???

well we had the book they gave us at pre-cana which was a book on the ceremony. In it they have a bunch of readings to pick from. It was split up with first reading and so on. So we picked everything before we met with them and just handed over our choices, we also had the music ready too which was also in the book. Oh wait i realized the one thing you didnt list is all the readings, so yeah thats the other thing lol. Other than that we also gave the blessed mary bouquet and picked the song ava maria to be sung

oh ok. that makes sense. I think this is a meeting to give me all those options. It's still 11 weeks till the wedding, so we'll probably be having a second meeting soon after with all that me & FH chose. So i guess i'll just wait and see. I probably don't need much prepared for this one.
