we are meeting with Photos of the Heart tomorrow (recommended vendor of Villa Lombardi's)...our very first photographer meeting...i'm excited to see what it's all about--prices and all..anybody ever hear anything about them?

All i've heard about them is that their photography style is very traditional and they don't take that many photojournalistic or candid shots unless I guess you specify exactly what you want. They are a small company (husband and wife run it so you know that they will be shooting your wedding). HTH

i heard they were very traditional too..i liked what i saw on their website though...and if the price is right ya know...i've researched and some photographers are MAD expensive...like 7K!

Where are they located because my friend at works best friend use a photog with the name that had the word heart in it and she still has not received her album or her thank yous and she was married more than a year ago!!!!
I think it might have been them because I knwo she got married at Villa Lombardis.

All I know is that she said they were far from her and that would be far from her. Sorry don't mean to burst your bubble if that is them just figure I would let you know. My friend said that her friend went with them because they were cheaper than most places.

I know! I can't believe how expensive some places are. I got a thing in the mail from one of Lombardi's other photography vendors and their packages were 6k and 8k and neither included any albums!

Yea, it was Botticelli. Someone told me they are new to the wedding scene. I was at the expo. It was great...can't wait for the next one. I booked at LOTS a few days after the expo happened for a May wedding. Got a lot of great stuff from them for a pretty good price for a holiday weekend! Can't wait for the next expo at Villa. I'll be there!

definitely...that food was banging! wow me too i can't wait for the one at villas in october!! and thats my spot so i'm real excited...i'll definitely let you in on their prices tomorrow

awesome, thanks! i know, i couldn't get enough of that food. i didn't even get to try everything. i hardly had one plate full and i was stuffed (guess my weight watchers habits are really kicking in!) fh had like 3 plates and he's still skinny as anything!

we sat there eating literally till they kicked us out! they asked us to move into the other room lol...the mashed potato bar is definitely on my list now that was sooo yummy..everything was!

oooooh yea, the mashed potato bar. that was fh's favorite too! i still can't believe how much food they give you...my parents were shocked and they're italian (big eaters lol)
