Any specific reason you chose one over the other? Im seeing Ken Hild tonight at an Expo. I have met with Lennon already.... but have an additional meeting set up for next week to renegotiate

I only spoke to North Island through email.
I met Lighthouse in person. Loved how comfortable they made you feel as well as I liked their style of video/photo. Plus I liked the fact that without booking with them, they were writing down anything and everything I was saying I liked or didn't like so they would be prepared. It didn't seem like your standard information session, given for the 10th time that day. It felt more personal.

I chose him too! I never met with Lennon though. I loved Ken's eye. I also liked that he was the only photog who had a slideshow and albums of my venue ready for me to look at (even tho he admitted it was his wife's doing). While all the other photog's were happy to pull pics I liked that it was waiting for me. I don't care about how pretty pics are at other venues, I want to see mine!
He matched Patken's price (who were by far the lowest I could find) but threw in an asst bc I was worried about NOT having two photog's at the wedding. Also, his album sizes were a little bigger in size and number of photos. We just booked our engagement shoot with him for April 22. I am more of an email person, he responds quickly and with whatever oddball question I have.

Met with both ken hild & lighthouse. I chose ken hild both of there work is amazing but i just felt ken would be easier to work with because our wedding will be the only one that day & lighthouse had i believe 8 different photographers. I liked that he was the owner & our photographer it makes me more comfortable lol
