Meeting with Reception Coordinator

We are meeting with a person today to go over the details of our reception. Is there anything I need to bring. Or any questions I should be sure to ask. I feel very unprepaired for this meeting but I can't think of what to bring or ask. The only thing I am bringing is our contract and a few pictures of wedding cakes

Do you have placecards yet? If not get them as soon as you can so you can start filling them out. (I don`t know how soon your date is). Final numbers if you have them. If your date is further away they may be going over the menu with you, in which case you would have to pick out what will be at your cocktail hour, your appetizer, type of salad, entree and if you want a Vienesse Table or any type of other extras. Also, they may want to know if you are going to have a blessing at dinner, if you have a special cake topper you want to use (or if you want your florist to provide flowers). Also, do you have your own toasting flutes that you are using or a special cake knife/server? You should find out when to get them to them. When should you get favors to them? This is all I can think of right now. Hope this helps.
