any questions i went in with were ones that they pretty much planned to go over anyway....but i wanted to pick my linens, cake, menu, what dessert was offered besides cake, made sure it was full bar, if guests arrive early what happens, are there any other weddings going on, who sets everything up and how do i let you know how i would like stuff set up, how soon before should i drop all my stuff off, ummmmm i will keep thinking and let ya know if i think of more....most rh's are going to voluntarily go over this stuff with you anyway....hth

1. When can the florist arrive?
2. Are there baskets in the bathroom?
3. How long is the aisle for aisle runner?
4. Do you provide the easel for sign in board?
5. Is there a special entrance for deliveries?
6. When is the final drop off? Do you need a list of what I will be dropping off?
7. When can the DJ arrive for set up?
8. Who should you call day of if there is a problem? (Who should vendors call?)
9. Who will be served first? Last?
10. Do I have to bring a box for the top of our cake?
11. When will the vendors eat? Where will they sit?
12. Will the waiters be taking drink orders?
13. Policy on people ordering seconds.
14. Can I have food wrapped up to take to the hotel?
15. How early can I arrive for pictures?
16. When is the final guest count due?
17. When is final Payment due?
18. Who will be my maitre d?
19. Who will have access of bridal suite? Is it locked?
20. Where can we take pictures?
21. How is the cocktail room decorated / setup?
22. The price for children / vendors?
23. What are the kids meals.
24. Display of cake/cake table decorations.

some other riviera specific questions I need to know:

what is the children's menu
what is the price for children? what age?
will they arrange the chairs in a semi circle for the ceremony?
do they provide a challah for the motzi (sp?)

I had my semi-final already so i had a lot of questions answered from that list. if you have specific questions, FM me!! They are really good about going over all the details, I dont think we missed too much else in that meeting.

I like to get things out of the way and off my list!!!

we go back the week before for the 'final meeting' to pay them hand in the table seating, bring favors..stuff like that.
