FH and I are having our first 'interview'/meeting with our priest tomorrow and are nervous! Any of you girls out there that could let me know what is discussed in this meeting, or have words of advice - I would really really appreciate it!

I assume you're going to Holy Name? Which priest are you meeting with?
It's really easy. He just asked us general questions: how we met, how long we've been together, etc. Then he went over some of the 'church rules' and gave us a pamphlet and also the book with reading selections. It was *maybe* an hour and we were just BS'ing most of the time.

Why do churches always make me nervous? I feel like a bad person going into one! LOL! That being said, it was really easy. We did the same thing as LSorrent. We were there for a little over an hour but it was mostly because FH and the priest were getting on so well. They both have family from the same town in Ireland! Good luck! Don't be nervous!

No particular words of wisdom, just be yourselves As for rules, they'll talk about the 'donation,' pre-cana, what you can/can't throw, etc.
