meeting with wedding planner tomorrow - any ? I should ask

We have a complimentary consultation tomorrow about partial planning but if price is too high we might downgrade to doc. Are there any questions that I should ask her? Should I bring anything to the meeting - pictures of ideas, contracts of vendors already booked...? Please let me know what you think.

TIA!!

I didnt bring anything to my initial meeting. Basically we went over the time schedule and when things began (ceremony/Reception) who was int he BP the color scheme, I wouldnt bring your contracts, once you book then I would give her copies of the contracts so she can get herself better aquainted with your thoughts and ideas.

Good Luck, HTH

you dont really need to bring anything. if you have concerns about certain areas of your wedding, you should write them down and ask about them

use the meeting to gauge how well you could work together.

I bought some color swatches...and asked questions like...

what don't you do or take care of?

do you have diff price plans? my planner had 3 to offer, a 'full price' which included finding a location. Then a partial price (we already had our church and reception. A day of only price, and she also had a By the hour price.

other than that I think questions will come up as you talk to them

GOOD LUCK!
