Is anyone one wearing a Melissa Sweet dress? Where did you purchase it??

Wearing Priscilla Of Boston which is designed by Melissa Sweet. They sell the line of MElissa Sweet dresses at the Priscilla Store in Roslyn.

Is the POB line designed by Melissa Sweet? I didn't think it was - I just thought the POB stores carry Melissa Sweet dresses.

I'm wearing a Melissa Sweet Hallie and I bought it at POB in Roslyn.

I believe Priscilla of Boston dresses are now also designed by Melissa Sweet, as well as the Melissa Sweet dresses... I think it started out w/ MS designing and being produced/sold by the POB company, but then when the original POB designer passed away (or retired, but I think it's the first), MS took over.

Anyway, short version, I'm pretty sure the only place to get them is a PoB store - at least, that was the case when I purchased mine over a year ago.

Actually, there are lots of bridal shops that carry Melissa Sweet gowns. I went to 3 places, none of them being a PoB. You can find a list on her website. (www.melissasweet.com)

Melissa Sweet is the designer for all Priscilla Of Boston, Melissa Sweet, Platinum and the new Vineyard line of dresses. They are all sold at the Priscilla Store in Roslyn.

I had read that MS was now sold exclusively at POB. I think it even says that or something like it on the Kleinfeld's website. So, I didn't shop around for prices. Either way, I doubt the prices woudl vary too much.
