Good luck going back to work tomorrow. I know you will miss Lyndsey a bunch........I am going to miss Tommy in a terrible way but at least they are home with their fathers. How many days until our first holiday? I think Yom Kippor is October 6. Have a great school year...........

Good luck to you also! What grade do you teach? I teach 3rd…I have to admit, I am a *little* excited to go back, but I am also quite nervous to leave Lyndsey. I feel so guilty leaving her, especially since I have rarely left her side for the past (almost) 5 months! I am also very worried about BF-ing…I just hope I can still do it. Pumping is not my favorite thing to do, so we’ll see how it goes. Have a wonderful day tomorrow!
PS – Although I start tomorrow, the kids don’t arrive until next Monday! We have meetings all week! YUCK!
PPS – I live upstate, where NO ONE is Jewish, so we do not get off for the holidays like you Long Islanders do!

Going back tomorrow also but no kids till next Monday. I am a school librarian for a pre K -through 5 school. Oh I forgot about that........I did my student teaching upstate and didn't get Jewish holidays off either. I think Columbus Day is the 13th......That may be your first day off. 5 months............ they are growing up so quickly......Tommy will be five months on the 11th...
