Where are you ladies getting them? If you are DIYing it how do you do it? Thanks!

I printedout a poem and picture of me and my father on vellum paper. Did it in word and put on my ribbon that I used on a few other DIY with scrapbooking tape and dots.

Oh that is so wonderful, mine will be for my dad as well. Is it ok to light the candle with the vellum paper on the candle? And let me just get it straight...you got the vellum paper to stick to the candle with scrapbooking tape, but what 'dots?' Sorry that I'm not catching on, also do you have a pic? I'm sorry to pain a pain, but thanks!
