At LE, there is a piano in the front room across from the place card table. They put my memory candle and pics on that. Usually it would be put placed on a separate table near your placecard table during CH...during the reception there may not be room on your sweetheart table for the memory candle...they usually put flowers there and there is a bucket of champagne, your food, toasting flutes, etc. They put our memory candle on the cardbox table behind us.

After the ceremony, they moved our memory candle to a small table behind our sweetheart table. this table also had a picture of me and my dad and a vase of flowers to represent all our loved ones that weren't there. RH also put our card box on this table as well.

I'm sure your RH has a small table to put something like this on. Ask them about it at your final meeting, but I'm sure they've done something like this before.

I'll be lighting mine at the ceremony and then after that will be putting it on a table near where we sit.

We want a small table for our memory candles but we haven't decided where yet.

We thought about putting it on our guestbook table, we have photos of us and of those not with us, we figured everyone would get a chance to see it, and then we'd bring it in and put it on our table.

We are putting ours on the bookshelf as you walk in to Flowerfield. We are doing them for our Grand parents so we are placing them next to framed photos of them including some of their wedding photos. I thought it would be a nice place to put them.
