I work with this guy who treats me like I'm his secretary.

And I'm the loser because I don't say NO! I am the worst! I don't know how to tell him 'Are you serious?'

He is a retired Wall Street big shot and I think he is used to having someone do everything for him. UGH!

I work for 2 people. The only people above them is the CEO. Those are the ONLY 3 people I take orders from.

When someone comes over to me like that - and they do often - CFO, CIO, and others - I just refer them to one of the 3 above. I tell them straight out, I'm sorry I work for X, Y, and Z ... you'll have to go through them. I have a very busy schedule and I'm sure they'll be able to schedule some time in for it if you ask.

Works like a charm everytime. Especially when I refer them to the CEO. Like who's going to ask him if they can take me away from his work?

I know what you mean, these freakin' guys are unable to do a damn thing on thier own...they treat you like your the 'girl'....I always tell them that unless they are signing my check, they can take a walk.......

that pisses me off all the time. It happens at least 5-6 times a day. I also get 'Im going to lunch put all calls to cell.' Now if he was smart he would have his cell # on his voice mail where all calls go anyway. Especially since I do not work fo rhim why tell me. I also get people calling to tell me 'Im coming in later ' My response 'SO!!'

Like, what can I do to stop you? Why tell me.

I agree with kriss 2 you should report him because what he is doing is wrong i would not take that anymore.
