Did anyone have a good experience with them? Just wondering...I think I have read a million bad ones. Any hope for them?

We had heard bad things, but since his GM were all over, we decided to use them anyways. We ordered 7 tuxes - 1 Groom, 5 GM, and 1 ring bearer....only 1 tux fit completely.
2 needed to be reordered and go back the next day, while all of the others had to be altered while we waited...we were in there over 2 hours!! When my sister went for the RB tux, she was in there an hr and half just for his!
When we ordered the guy was nice, and when we picked them up, the guy helping was very nice, but all of the ladies were not exactly very helpful/friendly and basically stood there watching
