if you got/are getting your tuxes from Mens Wearhouse does the groom get his tux free?

I thought I heard that, too, but FH didn't I don't think. Maybe you need to have a certain amount of GM getting their tuxes first? Not totally sure...

Jumping on this post... can anyone tell me about their experiences from Mens Wearhouse? FH already has a tux but needs to buy a tie, vest and shoes. And also rent a tux for his dad. His dad is arriving in the country 6 days before the wedding so there's not much time - does Mens Wearhouse allow you to rent the tux straight off the rack?

We had a positive experience and yes DH got his tux free (I think the minimum is 3 or 4 GM and the groom is free)

You have to order 4 other tuxes to get the grooms tux for free.

No they do get it for free, we put down a 40.00 deposit but he gets his for free after everyone goes in to get their tux.

i think men's wearhouse told me that as long as it was 48 hours before the wedding they would be able to do it. i have FH's measurments because he wont be back until 3 or 4 days before the wedding but he said he thinks he gained some weight in iraq so he is worried what happens if his pants dont fit or something...so the guy at MW said 48 hours and he could get a new tux

we got one free, I think it was 3 or more gm then the groom is free. The other gm didn't have to be measured first either, they just gave us the free tux order the day we went in to set up the whole thing with them.
