OK I don't know why I can't figure this out. I have no idea how to word this menu. I feel unsure. Looking for a little guidance. Here is a pic of the mock, but I figure you can't read it so here is what it says:
Combo Salad Grilled Baby Vegetables with Prosciutto and fresh Mozzarella
Dinner Roast Prime Rib beef, au jus
Chicken Duxxel with Mushroom Herb stuffing in puffed pastry
Broiled Salmon with Dill Butter
All dinners served with medley of Garden Vegetables and Oven Roasted Potato
What's wrong with what you have? I'd switch out 'dinner' for 'entree', if possible. That's all.

Why is it a 'combo' salad course instead of just a salad course?
Also, I'm leaving off the 'comes with veggie & potato' part in favor of describing the cake. That's just a personal preference though.

Great ideas, I will change it to entree and choice of, bu can't describe the cake because there are 2 flavors but thye'll be given out every other plate. I had it written out, ubt it was way too wordy, so I called my BM and she said just put wedding cake, I agreed.
Should I leave the word menu?

Under Entree on ours I wrote 'Tableside choice of:' and then the selections...and I put 'All entree's served with...in () and smaller lettering on ours. HTH

Actually I am using Comboniation Salad and I really like that.
Ryan, it looks great. I would change Dinner to Entrees, but other than that it looks great. I will post mine maybe today or tomorrow. Great Job!
