MENU HELP! FOX HOLLOW FOOD.

HI everyone,
We have our meeting with the Fox Hollow next week. What foods are a MUST for the cocktail hour?

So far my FMIL said the lamp chops are amazing...anyone suggestions? It's so hard to select when you haven't tasted them all.

If you've been to an affair at the Fox Hollow please share. Thanks!!

I found the chicken on a stick (not sure what it's called) and sweat and sour chicken a bit dry, but I feel like those are general crowd pleasers. Everything else was good. See if you can get Willie Jr as your bartender, he was my BFF at a wedding I went to.
