what is the appropriate heading for the first two courses? appetizer & ??? Salad & Pasta??? LOL help meeeeeeeeeeeeee
right now we have it as salad and then the description, and then pasta, and the descripion but it just sounds stupid * also what is intermezzo? Ive only seen it on menus with a sorbet listed.

intermezzo is the sorbet. it cleanses the palate/ your tongue and taste buds to prepare for the entree.

i think the appropriate headings would be 'salad' and 'appetizer'...even though it is pasta, it is considered the appetizer

thats what i was thinking. but it is weird that the salad would be served before the appetizer? isn't the appetizer supposed to be the first thing served?

I think its salad and appetizer if you don't number the courses specifically.
