I was a BM at a wedding that offered a mashed potato station. It was a big hit and I was so excited that I got my hall to throw it in when we negotiated price with them!

As much as I love mashed potatoes, burgers and dogs I say go with the big money items that people normally don't get to eat everyday! Especially if the price per head is the same. That's just my 2 cents lol.

Yeah it's included :) And she gave me the optioin of deleting the carving station (which I don't care for anyways) and having 3 specialty stations. So I got to choose this one, Seafood station and smokehouse station (ribs, brisket, chicken, mac n cheese, cornbread, black beans, rice).
