listen i have a question. now my RH automatically put prime rib on the main course choices. we get to pick a fish and a chicken. now we were gonna have skirt steak as one of two carving stations. but we were thinking maybe we should pick somethin else for the coctail hour because the prime rib is one of the main courses what would you ladies do
what about ham or lion of pork?
i know we were thinkin for carving station fresh ham and leg of lamb
i agree i dont plan on having beef at the carving station cuz were having prime rib for dinner.. my family is super irish so im putting corned beef and lamb i think at the carving station

i think lamb is great at the CH b/c people either love it or hate it.. that way they have a choice... jmo

I would do the lamb or turkey
i like carved tukey personally. But i dont eat a lot of other meat, so i am prob not a good person to ask. Pork sounds good too though. So yeah, Pork or Turkey.
turkey breast is nice on a carving station, esp if your friends aren't that into red meat
Pick something else for the cocktail hour? Maybe ham or pork.
