We are having a buffet late lunch, it is a noon wedding.
How do you do menus for buffets or do you not have them???
Also, do you put out any type of menus for cocktail hour??

No menu for the cocktail hour. I have seen both possiblities for a buffet style reception. Call your catering hall. They might have samples or suggestions.

I am thinking that if you want to do a menu, that you could list what the items are that are going to be available at the buffet.

That's a good idea since they will be seated before the buffet is opened.

I don't think menus for buffets are nexessary. But I am gonna have cards infront of each dish
