So I'm trying to print my menu and I find the menu on the reception sites website and some of the entrees are spelt differently then the menu they gave me. One menu says shrimp oreganata and the other says shrimp arreganata One menu says veal boscaiolo and the other says veal bascaiola. I need your help, which ones right? Thanks!

The first spellings on both items are correct

oreganata or oreganato (i think with the 'o' ending is more common in the US)
boscaiolo
the food lovers dictionary has good food spellings. there isnt one online, but i used to use it all the time when i made menus at my old job.
