We will have, at most, 12 people at one table and I am only going to be putting 3 menus per table.

We're also doing like 10-12ppl. p/table and 3-4 menus.

I am doing it one per couple. I think its fine either way.

I did one per person.... it is totally up to you how many you do if you choose to do them at all!
