if i can get my computer on at home i have a template i can send you... but call you RH alot of places to supply them.

you would need to supply them. you dont even need to start thinking about menus till you decided on what your eating at the 30 day meeting.

i have a very simple layout if you would like me to send it to you... i did it in word.. i cant send it now but when i get home i can
