how long b4 the wedding do we make select our menus w/ the rh???....i am diying my menus so i want to do them soon

I'm getting marry in April and I did this back in November.

I was anxious to get the menus done too (DIY).. So we scheduled our tasting for Feb 19.

We are hoping to pick the final menu when we do our food tasting on March 26th.

RH told us within the RSVP date, but when I told him what day that was, he said we could come in May 1st to finalize the menu and everything.

I would contact the RH and ask to speak directly with the Executive Chef. I'm sure if you explain your situation, they will be flexible and be willing to work within a time frame that works for you.

I'm getting married in August...RH said to do it around June/July because sometimes their menu changes or they add new things we can choose from.
