Hi - I am doing my own menus and programs and need to order my supplies. Just wondering how many you'd make - I'll be having about 200 guests and about 20 tables. I do not feel like making one menu per person and thought I'd do 2 per table. Does that sound reasonable?
How about programs - I'm thinking about 150 since many guests are couples.

both of your numbers sound reasonable. i don't remember how much of each i made, but i had left overs.

you can do 150 programs, that is fine.
as for menus i would do at least half. if there are 10 people per table i would do 5. we did one per person.

I would do one per couple in my situation or one for everyone. Being that you have a large qty of people deff cut that number it would be insane to spend $$$$ on a menu for everyone that will be thrown out in the end.

I put a menu for each place set and made 1/2 of the guests, plus that half for programs
