I want to put menus on the table and i bought a kit at Target, but i dont know how many i should put out. If i put one for everyone it will cost well over $100. Or should I just put one or two at a table?

Re: Menus for tables
i made my own menus and cost was not really my problem but rather being sick of making stuff for the wedding (made invites, stds, sewed crystals into my veil, petal cones, cds, etc etc) so i had two options. one was one per couple which still meant about 60 menus ( and ours were like our invites which were printed on vellum and perfectly tied bows ) we did 2 per table. didn't hear any complaints, so sorry about the long reply but that is what we did!

I think putting 2 or 3 to a table, depending on how many are seated there. If you want to cut costs, I wouldnt do every person, just a few per table.

Re: Menus for tables
I am still debating on this.. it kinda depends on how many people will attend the wedding.
I have 200 menus. If 200 or less attend, each will have one.
If more, than I will do 'every other' seat, and on few singles table I'll put for all.

Re: Menus for tables
My original thought process was 2-4 per table (our tables are oval)...but if FH gets ambitious (he's helping me with them) we'll do 1 per couple. Good luck!

I'm planning on doing 1 per person - it's a simple/cheap project for me.

Re: Menus for tables
We did one per person. At the LEAST I would do one per couple. IMO it seems weird for 10-12 people at a table to be sharing the same 2 or 3 menus I feel like at that point there is no point to them b/c I really don't think everyone would get to see it. - JMHO

I would do one per couple so you don't have people getting impatient while they wait to see it bc their tablemates are taking forever to decide whether they want the chicken or the fish. Or maybe the veal...just pick something!!
