MO- I was good!! I DID NOT GO to cold stone
I had such a good day of eating right, I didnt want to ruin it!! my trainer would be proud

I had egg whites for breakfast
tuna on whole wheat for lunch and fruit salad as a snack later
and grilled chix salad for dinner

how could I have ice cream
