I never had a problem reaching Marc at videomaker.In fact, he had given me his cell # if I needed to reach him, but I misplaced it. Keep trying! By the way did I tell you guys he even lets you help edit the video if you so desire.

I've booked Mark, too, and whenever we've called him, he's called back the same day.

Mark does offer a lot for the money, but since he works out of his house and doesn't attend bridal shows (which are very expensive for vendors to attend) he can pass on the savings to us.


drjenn-when did you book with Mark? We booked him in May and our wedding is in 2 weeks. We just need to get him our baby pictures for the montage.

Im actually a little turned off at this point with videomaker despite the fact that his prices are great, he hasnt returned any of the 3 phone calls at least that I have left him and an email too! argh!

You can either e-mail or call Phil from Bellarino Video and he will get back to you right away. I think that you should give him a call. Speak to him and see what he has to say.
