Met with Dancejock tonight- review A+
I met Scott from Dancejock today. My appointment was at 6pm and I got in my car to go home at 8pm. It was the best experience I ever had.
The place is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend at some point you use the ladies room. It's so pretty. Yes, pretty!
Scott was very nice and very easy to talk to. A very dynamic personality! He made me feel very comfortable. I liked that he was so excited about his work and the people that work for him.
I also appreciated that there was no pressure. There were four topics of discussion besides just the regular 'DJ' aspect of it. I am really interested in two of the four topics (also bc this is my second wedding. If it were my first I would have done all of it!) If I told him that I wasn't really interested in something, he said OK and never gave you the whole spiel about 'how you should... or the you really need to......'
They also offer Videography. It is part of Dancejock. Not a subcontractor, someone they use, someone they referrer, or a friend. The video is shot, made, and edited by them. I was not going to have a video but after speaking with Scott and seeing some of thier work I am definitely doing one now!
I also thought the prices were extremely reasonable for the amount of work they will be doing. I was a little surprised when he gave me the prices because, honestly, I thought it was going to be much much more.
When everything was said and done, I walked out with a folder and my quote and was told to think about it and give them a call. They wanted me to look things over and make sure that everything that I wanted was there.
This was an AAAA+++++++ experience and I highly suggest that if anyone has not yet booked a DJ or is still shopping around that you definitley give Dancejock a call.
I am so excited about working with them! If you do call them tell them you heard about them through LIW! Tell them I sent ya!
