I am going there on Saturday and have no clue who I am meeting with. The wedding I went to on Saturday used Pedestals and the center pieces were gorgeous and the brides bouquet was also beautiful.
haha i met with 8 florists-my decision was between 3, but in the end it was an easy decision-go with who you feel comfortable with!
i met with pedestals, i personally didn't like the person i met with, so i immediately dismissed them from my list. on they other hand, i saw pics yesterday of my co-workers daughter's wedding and she used pedestals and her flowers were beautiful and her mom said that they were very pleased with pedestals. don't know if that will help you make up your mind.
I met with Pedestals and they were my second choice, it was a very tough decision. Vito was the guy I met with and I loved him, he was so sweet and really got my vision.

Love Joe at Flower Michele...he is our florist and we couldn't be happier!! We decided between them and Pedestals...and we just thought that Flower Michele 'got' our vision a little better so we went with them. The prices were almost exactly the same so it was a hard decision!!
Since they seem to be all around the same price i say go with who you feel more comfortable with. Thats what we did with our photographer. we had it down to 2 and they were the same price but we felt more comforable with one than the other
