We were talking about Honeymoon ideas...I think that Greece & Spain may be out because there is a whole day wasted flying issue to Greece... instead we are thinking Mexico then Spain...
Now...I have been to Mexico 2x: Cancun & Acapulco
i would go back to Cancun in a heartbeat... but what about some other places...any advice?

puerto morelos was really cool. it was a little town between cancun and playa mujeres. we stayed at Marina El Cid, very nice. low key, quiet and 5 min car ride to town with its own little town square and restaurants. food at the resort yummy too. we were in town for a wedding that was happening at El Dorado Royale. that one was REALLY pretty and adults only. really big though. like u needed trolleys to go to breakfast, lunch and dinner, lol.

Check out trip advisor. They have great things to say about Secrets Maroma Beach in Riveria Maya. Read the forums they are very helpful.
