I'm going to Cabo.

I've been to Cancun 2X (not spring break) & it was beautiful. Le Meridien has a gorgeous spa & hotel, the water is perfect, it's next door to the Ritz.

I would absoultely say Cancun: it's fun, beaches are top rate, I love snorkeling, the prices are not too $$ and has great food & service. I'll tell you about Cabo when I'm back.

I was watching the travel channel of best hotels in Mexico and Le Meridien was high up on the list. Looked gorgeous!!

I've been to Cancun over 7 times at all different times during the year. September definately won't have a spring break crowd. Anytime in the fall is a great time to go. The new Marriot is said to be amazing. I've stayed at the 'Real' (needs an accent somewhere in there) hotels and they've been amazing...Gran Caribe Real, Costa Real.

Have you looked into Puerto Vallarta. There is this hotel there where you get your own swimming pool. Here's the link-

We've been to both Secrets Capri in the Riviera Maya and Le Blanc Resort and Spa in Cancun and loved them both.

They are both adults only all inclusive. I think that Le Blanc gets the edge. I had teh same reservations about a Spring Break atmosphere and that was definately NOT the case at Le Blanc, it is amazing! Here is a link:

Without a doubt the Moon Palace in cancun is one of the nicest resorts I have ever been to. It is not on the strip it is secluded but still close enough if you want to go to the strip. Please atleast look at the palce on-line, you won't be disappointed

Yes, it is all inclusive, I am so glad he liked it. It has the best reataurants too
