For ladies that have had their trials, did you tip M*I*A? If yes, did you tip 20% of the trial fee (150.00)?? Help I'm going today and I'm not sure what to do. Thank you

I didn't tip her for the trial. IMO, she is getting a lot... I did give her a tip on the day of though.

I was wondering this too, how much did you tip her for day of?

I feel like, she works for herself so she shouldn't get a huge tip too know what i mean?

I did tip her, because I was with her for HOURS, and I know she really worked hard on me...my hair is a project! I also plan on tipping day of, because she'll be doing both myself and my mother, hair and makeup for both, so it's a lot of work.

I tipped at the trials...not a major 20% chunk but I threw in some extra...She does have overhead in regards to paying rent in the salon she does the trials in..and she will spend a lot of time working on you...

I tipped her the 20% i felt like i was there for a really long time and she worked hard on my hair

HOWEVER LONG IT TAKES to get what you want...make sure you bring your ideas for hair and makeup with you....

I don't know if mine was 'normal' but I was there almost a full 4, yes FOUR hours. It was all my hair though, my hair is all the way down my back and curly, so it was painstaking, I felt really guilty.

Mine was like 2-3 hours but I did hair and makeup. I did wait for an HOUR in the waiting room tho.

I am going to tip her day of...I tipped her a little (not standard 20%) when she did my hair and makeup for another wedding and then I bought earrings from her at my trial that made me unable to tip her...lol
