Very weird,
I know she was having some issues with her assistant and emails. She gets back to me right away when I email her, but that is very strange.

I had the same thing happen with Oksana... I send her a message what seems like an eternity ago and she still has never gotten back to me!

It took her about 1 month to get back to me. Its funny becasue i got a response the same day. I guess she was just emptying out her mailbox .

I think its just so unprofessional to run a business, any business, like this. Its very indicative of how they will be from that point on; it seems very unreliable ![]()

I know that there are alot of girls using her, but I just wanted to post this to share my own little experience with her, which definitely would turn me off from using her
I filled out her email submission form back in April in order to submit my request for a hair/makeup trial and never recieved a response. She just emailed me today saying 'soo sorry for taking soo long to get back to you, but I’m definitely free on your day if you want to setup a trial'
So happy that I haven't been waiting for her to get back to me and I already went and booked my hair/makeup elsewhere, my response to her: too bad you took soo long in getting back to me because I already booked someone

I was turned off by the way she responded too. I got her email through a friend's recommendation and asked her for her prices, deposit policy, date avail, etc. She emailed me back with this questionaire thing telling me to attach pictures of myself and didn't answer ONE of my questions. I thought it was a little strange so I just kept looking into other MUAs. Then about three days later she emailed me back (still not answering my questions) asking me if I was still interested in her services because someone else with my wedding date was interested in her. So weird! I didn't even know if she was avail for my wedding date bc she didn't answer my questions! haha

I think that is a horrible way to do business. She really needs to get her act together.

That we turn me off too. Vendors should definitly not take 3 months to get back to a client. Good thing that you moved on and not waited for her
