as some of you know, i'm out here in AZ and am a lost case when it comes to certain vendors out in NY. I've seen pics from both ladies, but would like to know which you recommend. I read somewhere on here that M*I*A apparently hands over her clients to her 'team', and I don't want to be one of those clients who are expecting her, but get someone else. I know it's not a for sure thing, but knowing my luck, anythings possible.
SO with that said--can anyone help a sister out? Or if you have any other recommendations I should look at, let me know! TIA!

I am using M*i*a, but Jacqueline Nicole does great work as well. I was looking into using her because she was a little less money, but then someone else with my date booked, so I went with M*i*a. She only 'transitions' you to her assistants if she is not available on your day, which you will find out once you send in the inquiry form. Then obviously, it is your choice to trial with an assistant, or go elsewhere. So I would recommend contact both to check availability, since you do have a popular date. Good luck!

I used Jacqueline Nicole and she was FANTASTIC! I didn't even have a trial - I just showed her a picture the morning of the wedding and she did what I asked. She also did me, MOH, mom, and 2 BMs and then touched everyone up before she left. I would definitely recommend her. Plus her prices are great.

I used Jacqueline and I loved her....let me see if I can find a good pic...I know I have a good pro one but I didn't get my pro ones on a dvd release yet...hang on...
I absolutly love Jacqueline!! not only does she have talent, but she is an absolute DOLL, and she makes you feel so comfortable!

I think both are great choices. I personally used M*I*A and was so happy with my hair and makeup the day of.
The only way someone on her team will do your makeup and or hair is if she is booked already for your date -- she will let you know upfront and let you make the decision.
To be honest two people from her team were at my house the morning of and did hair and makeup for some of my bridesmaids -- they did great work also.

Please stop looking right now. Jacqueline Nicole was one of the best parts of my wedding- she did an AMAZING job on me and both of my bridesmaids- one of whom is very difficult to please, and she was THRILLED. People commented on my makeup all night. And getting ready with her in the morning was so much fun, I can't even tell you. If you can get Nicole D'Angio for hair as well, I promise you, there is no one better. She is a bit pricey, but I cannot stress it enough- I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job. The two of them have worked together often, and it was like a pre-party with the two of them. I hope you take my advice on these. I looked around a lot, and I am completely and totally satisfied with these two choices. And I second guess EVERYTHING, so to be able to say that is huge. If you go with either, tell them Suzanne of 3/28 said hello. Best of luck to you!!!

Im using *****..I wanted to have a trial with Jacquline Nicole- but she doesnt travel to Queens...so that annoyed me a litlle bit.

ahh! thank you so much for posting pics! you looked absolutely amazing, and she did a wonderful job! buuuut unfortunately jacqueline is booked on my date :( i'm waiting to hear back from M*I*A ::keeping fingers crossed::

Are you just looking for makeup? Remember that M*i*A does both hair AND makeup so if she is available for your date and your looking for both it might just be easier to book one person who can do it all
