They just officially announced on the news that there is a warrant out for his arrest

THey should have locked up years ago and taken custody of his kids away.

I want to know though why any parent in thier right mind would let their child be alone with MJ. I think the parents should be held accountable also for putting their child in harms way.

If I had a child, they wouldn't be in a 100 of that wacko.

I have to play Devil's Advocate for a second, based on my interest in psychology.

MJ is a celebrity, and we just LOVE to hear gossip about celebrities. MJ himself even loves it, no doubt. I am the first to admit that I think this 'man' is a sicko... you just can't have kids in your bed. Sorry. Anyone who wants to live in an amusement park, own monkeys and the remains of the Elephant Man, and dangles your babies off of balconies just is NOT normal. Who knows whether or not he did what he is being accused of. Like Latina511, I need to see proof first.

However, if he IS guilty, it's a shame that he won't get the due process that any other person who is NOT a celebrity would. From my experience in psychology, there are a great deal of sexual anomolies out there... you wouldn't BELIEVE what crazy stuff gets people off (pedophilia is only the tip of the iceberg). That said, I have seen interviews with MJ where he says that he feels like Santa Claus, and wants the children he spends time with to think of him that way. He lives like a Fairy Tale... his world is all make-believe and the children he involves himself with (from what I have seen/heard/red) he thinks of in a very overzealous 'cartoon-like' fashion (thus, Neverland). If he is guilty, I think it would be due to this crazy notion that he has in his head that he's a Fairy Tale type of person; someone who can make dreams come true for children. MJ, in my opinion, has a SERIOUS chemical imbalance and could probably get off on an insanity defense if he were to go to trial. It's just a shame that not many people think of that, it's just an immediate knee-jerk reaction that he's a complete lunatic without any regard to WHY he's a lunatic... it's purely medical, IMO. I hope his mental state is investigated too, not just his property.

I'm not even an MJ fan here... I think he looks like an alien. He needed to back out of the spotlight years ago. However, with all that's going on, and whether or not he's guilty, this just seems to me like he's got a legitimate psychological factor that's causing all of this behavior. I hope that any children that were exposed to this can heal and move on with their lives. It's very sad.

I absolutely believe in innocent until proven guilty, however were there is smoke there is generally fire. I truly believe that based on his behavior he does have some form of mental illness. It still does not excuse his behavior. Nor does the fact that he was abused as a child. There are millions of people out there walking around who were the victims of childhood abuse who do not live in a dream world and have to function on a daily basis as normal adults. I belive that much of MJ's ridiculous behavior has been tolerated because of his musical genius, but I also think that he believes that his money can get him out of any trouble he gets in (it has in the past).

This is a man in need of serious help regardless of his guilt or innocence in this case. If he is that mentally ill that he is considered not guilty be reason of insanity or mental illness, he should be kept away from children forever, including his own!

There is no question that MJ has serious emotional issues and in now way do I believe he should even be a father, but I agree that I will reserve judgement until a charge actually sticks, and dollar signs do not pop up. It infuriates me that the parents alleged victims of abuse immediately are able to put a price tag on what was done to their child.

If this goes through without a settlement being accepted, then I'll believe it. If it were my child, I don't give a S@#% who did it, I would want the ******* in jail. Period.

In one of the articles I read today Johnnie Cochran said he has been telling MJ this for years!

I don't understand how a parent could allow their child to be put into this type of situation. I know he was never formally charged before and that you are innocent until proven innocent.

But if for one second you thought someone was a child molester would you let your child sleep at his house? It could be a neighbor or co-worker. I know I wouldn't.

Even if it were a family member I would NEVER let my child be alone with someome like that, let alone sleep at their house
