This is not the first time he has been accused of this crime. I just don't understand why someone who is not guilty would pay off their 'victim' as he did 10 years ago.

On the other side of that statement, what parent would settle for money if their child had been brutalized? I'd like to think that I'd rather suffer through a trial just for the chance to have his ass nailed to the wall than take the money. Money can't undo the damage done to my child.

I honestly don't know what I believe, I haven't seen any real evidence so I can't make an opinion, but the man needs help and he needs to stay the hell away from kids!!!!

Maybe they were trying to protect their son from the pain and embarrassment of testifying in open court about what happened?

I don't know.

I just hope that no child was hurt or abused by MJ and that he gets the help he seems to really need.

eroxgirl - I totally agree with you. It disgusts me that any parent would take the money over getting the disgusting creep who did that to their child thrown in jail.

I think him paying them off back then kind of proves his guilt, and molesters do not change, they keep on molesting.

I'm with eroxgirl on this one. I wouldn't take money for you Molesting my child. I would want you in jail and would NOT settle

MJ is undoubtedly sick, whether or not a molestor remains to be seen.
If he is a molestor and it's proven, he should not be getting all kinds of special treatment.

But proving it is the key here.
Who knows what the heck goes on in that fairytale land and I can't believe parents have the nerve to let their kids go ther after all the allegations.
To me they are as much to blame......

That's if it's true that is, which we all just don't know for sure.......
I'd have to see the proof........
