Are you guys giving Molly a big 1st Birthday Bash?

Funny you should bring it up. I am in the middle of planning her party. We are going to have it at the house though- no hall type thing. We are putting in a hardwood floor in our LR and doing moldings so I think that kind of money is better spent on the home projects.
Plus some of my family and most of Scott's is really bad at the last minute 'sorry we said we were coming but now we can't for no reason at all' phone call or just plain no-show so I don't want to pay per person someplace. It just pi$$es me off and makes me super mad at those people. No need for that kind of stress in my life.

It is a lady bug themed party.
Stef is designing her invites. I am going to do red tablecloths with big black circles. My sister is making ladybug choclates. I am going to do lots of red balloons and such.

I am on the search for the perfect birthday girl outfit...of course

Michele - I love your ladybug theme idea! My college sorority's 'mascot' was ladybugs, so we got so many ladybug gifts from our Big Sisters - I still love them!

Love the theme Michele! I think a party at home will be just as nice, if not nicer, than a party out somewhere else! Have fun planning and finding that special outfit for Molly.
