They are now strictly doing weddings. They closed down the retail side. Don't worry, they are still open for brides!!! I just met with him on Saturday

I usually call during the day and they are there. I know I spoke to Michelle last week b/c John was home and she told me that she was there until 6pm so I thought that is what time they close. Your appointment was at 6pm? I am not sure. That doesn't seem like them. I would call in the morning Sorry

PrincessBride- as far as I know Flower Michele has always been closed on Mondays, is it possible that your appointment was for tomorrow???
