I have never used this program before. All I've ever used was Microsoft Word. I'd like to organize a guest list alphabetically... what is the difference between the two?

Just click file, sort then click the colum you want to sort. Its pretty easy once you get it.

Thank you. I think I have it figured out. My brother just showed me a few things with it.
He's like 'You went through 4 years of college and never used Excel?' Umm... nope! lol
