Microsoft Word Help

I am making my own invitations and inserts and am using Word. I have a jpeg picture of a claddagh (below) that is on the invitation. It is black, is there anyway that I can change the image color to brown?

You can't do it in MS Word, but you can do it in other programs like PhotoShop
