Hey ladies! I am working on my fan programs. I want to put in a piece of 8 1/2 by 11 paper and it print 2 copies on one page. I turned the paper to landscape but is there a way to do this? Or do I have to cut the paper first and then change the paper size in word?

You should be able to add 2 columns to a sheet and then just copy and paste the program details in to the second column. HTH

Thank you!!! I decided to cut the paper first because I was able to change the size of the paper more easily than I thought. Thanks for your help!

if you have time, Michaels has th Brides kits that have fan programs already cut, both in a solid piece or individual that fan out.
Dunno if that would help, but the template may be on the Gartner studios website

Thank you! I actually saw those and really liked them but they are like $35 for 1 kit and I'd need 2. I figured if I made them I could keep it under $30. I have been working on them tonight and they are working out pretty well. I'm going to do a mock one this weekend. Thanks!!
