Anyone else work in midtown? The parade is going down 5th ave now.....I can hear it but cant see it ... ( stuck in my dungeon of an office)
I am also hungry and cant order b/c the del guys cant get through ...I just rummaged through my desk and all I had was an old box of raisins lol

I'm midtown east - right up against 5th ave and I definitely hear a lil something.
I wanted to get a mani during lunch and see if I can find 8 Ivory pashmina's for my BMs, but that might need to wait til tomorrow...

I would DEF wait LOL I dont think the street vendors are out today ( I couldn't get my coffee from my fave guy on 44th this morning)
I am sure you'll find the pashminas there is a vendor on practically every corner selling them.

Ugh! It just got SO much louder outside my office. We can hear it inside b/c we're only on the 4th floor.
And, who are all these people at the parade? Don't they have jobs??? They won't even make room for us on the sidewalks. All I wanted was to get my salad.
Vent over...for now.

My co-worker went out for lunch and said he just saw the cops give out multiple tickets for public drinking.
They also made them pour their drinks out into the sewer lol

I'm in midtown! But I'm at 39th and 5th ... so I didn't get to hear or see the parade.
I should have ordered in for lunch though, because there were a lot of rowdy people out there ...
