Ok... So my FH and I live with my mother and my two younger brothers on the first floor. And my older brother and his wife and kids on the top floor. My older brother and mother own the house. Back in 11/08 we kicked my father out for cheating on my mother after 35 yrs.. What a idiot. I am on public so I really dont want to express how i feel about that. Ok so.. My mother and brother are trying to modify the mortgage. They have not paid the mortgage in 7 months. The lawyer told them not to until they get it done. I was speaking to my mother yesterday, and she was telling me all this. So if they can not modify it. My mother and and younger brothers will have to get an apartment. And my brother his wife and kids are moving to VA. and Me and FH do not know. It is like Who cares. Like i am going to keep it real. I am on parole. So when i came home from upstate. I had to move here. me and my FH were not together at the time. we were in two separate relationships. Him and i got together and he moved in. to help out we paid her rent. I can move now where ever I want. But it just feels like I am stuck in this situation. What am I going to do? My FH and I are planning a wedding and now we have to move if the MODS do not come throu. What should I do?

Re: Might have 2 move
I think you should start looking for places. If the mortage situation works out and ur mom doesn't have to move then its ok.
But i would DEF look around. If it doesn't work out with the mortgage and you guys have to move (i would think pretty fast too if you are behind on the mortgage even if the lawyer told you not to pay). I would just double and even triple check with your PO that all this is ok for you to do.
i would hope for the best but plan for the worst. Better safe then sorry

Re: Might have 2 move
I dont really understand the situation. It seems odd they were told to not pay the mortgage. But if that was the case...and it was legal...why would you have to move? Didnt they put the money aside for the missed mortgage payments?
Regardless, since you are getting married this year, you might want to look for a place anyway.
